Career Codex is a video course which teaches career guidance and employability skills to enable young people to make decisions, stand out and get hired. On completion, they will have a completely different perspective as to how the job market works and their position in it.

 The course comprises of four distinct sections:

1. Foundations (Environment) – how the job market works

2. Foundations (Psychology) – the psychology of success

3. Planning – how to plan your career

4. Process – managing an effective job search process

After completing the course, users will be able to make informed choices and will have developed resilience and curiosity to get the job they really want. The videos are available as SCORM packages to be added to existing platforms, or Learning Nexus can provide a learning management system for organisations without a platform to host the content.
